1. Who we are
Perseus Cases LLC ("Perseus Cases", "we", "us") operates perseuscases.com. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at info@perseuscases.com or at 110 Foxberry Drive, New Boston, NH 03070, United States.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. If you sign up for launch updates, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, which we use to keep the Site working and secure.
If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 also collects this kind of information on our behalf. Decline them and nothing is loaded from Google at all. See the Cookie Notice for the cookies involved and how to change your mind.
We do not collect payment information. No sales happen on this Site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site — hosting, email delivery and analytics — and only as needed for them to provide that service. Our hosting provider is Vercel Inc., our email delivery provider is Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, an Intuit company), and our analytics provider is Google Ireland Limited, which processes Google Analytics 4 data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. How long we keep it
We keep signup email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained for 2 months.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, so information you give us is processed there. If you are in the UK or EEA, that transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and the UK Addendum to them), which are incorporated in our agreements with the service providers that process your information on our behalf. Google and Mailchimp are additionally certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. Google may also process analytics data outside the UK and EEA under the same safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, email info@perseuscases.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
If you are in the UK or EEA and think we have handled your information badly, you may complain to your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be signaled by the revised "last updated" date, and where required by law we will seek fresh consent.
