Terms of Use
Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of perseuscases.com (the "Site"), operated by Perseus Cases LLC ("Perseus Cases", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What this site is
The Site is informational. We publish information about our products, our team, and downloadable resources. We do not sell products through this Site and we do not process payments or take orders here. Where products are available for purchase, they are sold by third-party retailers under their own terms of sale, which govern that purchase entirely.
3. Product information
Product specifications, images and descriptions on the Site describe designs that are under development and are provided for information only. They are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer, a promise of availability, or a warranty of any kind. Where information is marked provisional, it is an indication of current design intent, not a final specification.
4. Downloadable files
We may make files available for download, including documentation and CAD or 3D-printable files. Unless stated otherwise, these are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
They are provided "as is". Manufacturing physical objects from digital files carries risk; you are responsible for verifying that anything you produce is suitable and safe for your intended use. We are not responsible for the results of any manufacturing process, for damage to your equipment, or for any incompatibility with hardware.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — text, images, designs, logos, and the Perseus Cases and Pantheon names — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
All rights are reserved. We do not publish our content under any open license such as Creative Commons.
You may share links to the Site freely. You may also reproduce our photographs and reasonable extracts of our text for personal, non-commercial purposes — for example in forum posts, build logs, reviews, commentary or news reporting — provided you credit Perseus Cases and do not alter the images in a way that misrepresents the product.
Any commercial use — including in advertising, on retail listings, in paid publications, or on merchandise — requires our prior written permission. Requests can be sent to info@perseuscases.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means without our permission.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services, including retailers, Discord and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their practices, or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is accurate or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after that means you accept the change.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these terms requires you to arbitrate a dispute.
